If you attend the morning session on Day One and find the programme is genuinely not what you expected, you may request a refund before the lunch break — no lengthy justification required.

We ask only that you request in person before leaving, so we have the opportunity to understand your concern.

Refunds are processed within 90 days of confirmation. The same conditions under the standard Refund Policy apply, including the participant conduct provisions.

Speak to the organiser before the lunch break on Day One. Alternatively, scan the QR code on the event homepage and send a written request on the day itself. Requests submitted after the lunch break will not be eligible under this guarantee.

This guarantee is available once per participant. In keeping with professional standards that trainers and training organisations across the industry uphold, we note that information regarding refund requests and the circumstances surrounding them may be shared within professional training networks — as is standard practice for live events and certified programmes.

This is not punitive. It is the same professional due diligence that protects the quality of the training environment for all participants.

Participants whose behaviour disrupts the training environment — including but not limited to inappropriate conduct toward other participants, staff, or the trainer — will be asked to leave and will receive a full refund of their ticket minus the same RM1,299 logistics cost. This applies regardless of how far into the programme the disruption occurs.

We extend this provision in both directions: we hold ourselves to the same standard of professionalism that we ask of our participants.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to the organiser. A 50% refund of the ticket price is available provided the request is made no less than 30 days before the event date.

This reflects upfront commitments made for venue bookings, staffing, and event preparation.

Approved refunds are processed within 90 days of confirmation. This ensures no overlap between event cycles.

For unforeseen circumstances: you may transfer or resell your ticket, or attend a future training date subject to availability. Future dates are announced on the trainer's official page.

No refund will be issued for: requests made within 30 days of the event · no-shows or failure to attend · change of mind.

By purchasing a ticket, participants acknowledge that event logistics involve advance commitments. We ask that reasonable effort be made to transfer, resell, or attend an alternative session before requesting a refund.

In keeping with standard professional practice across the training and events industry, the organiser, associated training providers, brand partners, and affiliated networks reserve the right to note and share information regarding refund requests — particularly where alternatives were available but not pursued. This is consistent with how professional bodies and training organisations maintain programme integrity across the industry.

This measure exists to sustain the quality of every event for every participant — not as a deterrent to legitimate requests.
