Early bird pricing is available until 30 days before the training date. Once that window closes, standard pricing applies automatically. The early bird rates are: RM2,800 per person (vs RM3,500), RM5,200 for two (vs RM6,600), and RM11,000 for five or more (vs RM15,000).
Early bird pricing is not available for in-house training, which is priced separately at RM22,000 for the full programme.
One organisation is limited to 7 participants per public training cohort. This ensures the programme dynamic is preserved — a mix of industries and perspectives is part of how participants learn from one another.
If you need to train more than 7 from your organisation, in-house training is the appropriate option.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Two options are available at checkout:
Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard) · Online bank transfer via FPX (Malaysian bank accounts)
An official invoice will be issued upon payment confirmation, suitable for company expense and tax deduction records.
Yes. An official invoice is issued automatically upon registration. If your company requires a formal purchase order (PO) process before payment, contact the organiser directly via the homepage before registering.
A 50% refund is available if requested in writing no less than 30 days before the event date. No refunds are issued for requests made within 30 days, no-shows, or change of mind.
Your ticket is fully transferable to another participant — we encourage this as the first option before requesting a refund. You may resell at any price, including above what you paid.
For emergencies, you may also carry your ticket forward to a future training date, subject to availability.

Yes. If you attend the morning session on Day One and find it genuinely not what you expected, you may request a refund before the lunch break.
The refund amount is your ticket price minus RM1,299, which covers venue, catering, and proprietary materials at cost. This is a live training event with upfront logistics commitments — not a product. We apologise that a full refund is not possible for this reason.

The programme covers four modules: (1) Unblock Your Revenue — identifying and dissolving the 5 Hidden Blocks in sales. (2) The 4E Framework — a diagnostic, logic-based system for reading buyer psychology and structuring every sales conversation. (3) Your Authentic Selling Blueprint — building your personal language infrastructure for proposals, pitches, and positioning. (4) The Inner & Outer Game of Closing — confidence, conversation structure, and sustainable sales practice.
See the full day-by-day schedule on the pricing and schedule page.
Most sales training is built by and for people from sales backgrounds. It assumes persuasion is the mechanism and performance is the standard. This programme is built specifically for analytical, integrity-driven professionals who found that model incompatible with how they think.
The methodology is diagnostic before it is action-oriented. It mirrors the problem-solving frameworks technical professionals already trust. There are no scripts, no enthusiasm tactics, and no requirement to become someone you are not.
Engineers, consultants, analysts, IT professionals, subject matter experts, freelancers, agency professionals, healthcare practitioners, legal and accounting professionals, trainers, academics commercialising research — anyone in a role where a conversation with a prospect or client could result in them walking away without committing.

A complete, working mental model for sales conversations. The 4E Framework as a repeatable diagnostic tool. A personal Authentic Selling Blueprint — your own language, not a script. Clarity on the inner blocks that were costing you, and a method to address them. Proprietary course materials included.
The programme is designed to be immediately applicable without post-training hand-holding. The materials and frameworks are built for self-directed use. Follow Lovinia on Facebook or LinkedIn for ongoing content.
Private coaching engagements are available separately. Contact the organiser if relevant.
The city is confirmed: Penang Island. The specific venue will be confirmed a minimum of 7 days before the training date. Registered participants will be notified directly.
Venue selection is finalised closer to the date to ensure quality and appropriate capacity. This is communicated proactively — you will not need to chase.
9:00am to 5:00pm both days. Morning break at 10:30am. Lunch 1:00–2:00pm. Afternoon break at 3:30pm. Participants are expected to attend the full programme for both days.
Yes. Lunch and refreshments during morning and afternoon breaks are included as part of the training programme. Dietary requirements can be noted at registration.
The programme is designed as a complete two-day arc. Day One builds the foundation; Day Two is application and integration. Attending only one day would significantly reduce the value of the programme.
If your schedule is genuinely uncertain, a ticket transfer or future-date attendance is the better option. See the refund and transfer policy above.
Yes. Training expenditure is deductible under Malaysian income tax provisions (double deduction applicable where qualifying criteria are met). An official invoice is issued upon registration and is suitable for company tax records. Consult your company's tax advisor for specific applicability.
Companies that pay directly — rather than routing through HRDC grant applications — typically complete their compliance obligations faster and with significantly less administrative overhead.
This programme is not currently listed as HRDC claimable. HRDC-claimable programmes require advance grant approval (minimum 15 days prior to training) and are processed through registered Training Providers — a model that introduces significant scheduling and payment lead time for all parties.
For most companies, the tax deductibility route is more efficient: payment is direct, invoice is immediate, and the administrative cycle is days rather than months. If HRDC grant funding is a firm requirement for your organisation, contact the organiser on the homepage to discuss future options.
If you are sending 8 or more participants, in-house training is almost certainly the better value at RM22,000 for the full programme — delivered at your premises, customisable to your team's context.
Public training is capped at 7 participants per organisation per cohort. For teams of 5–7, the group rate (RM15,000, or RM11,000 early bird) applies. Contact us to discuss the right option.
Customisation is available for in-house training only. The core frameworks (4E, Authentic Selling Blueprint, Hidden Blocks) remain intact — they are proprietary and methodology-specific — but examples, case studies, and application exercises can be calibrated to your team's industry and selling context.
Public training follows a fixed programme to maintain cohort consistency.
Collaboration with Training Providers who wish to send participants to public training events is something we are open to in the future. If you represent a Training Provider and are interested in a working arrangement, contact the organiser directly via the homepage.
At present, HRDC-claimable grant applications are not being processed through this programme.
The 4E Framework, Authentic Selling Blueprint, and Buying Psychology Profiling System are proprietary to Clarity Awareness Cognitive Architecture Systems. Licensing arrangements are not currently offered. Contact the organiser on the homepage if you have a specific proposal to discuss.
