Refund & Ticket Policy We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer flexibility while ensuring the sustainability and quality of our live training events. 1. Refund Eligibility Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to the organiser. A 50% refund of the ticket price will be granted only if the request is made not lessthan 30 days prior to the event date. This policy reflects upfront commitments made for venue bookings, staffing, and event preparation. 2. Processing Time Approved refunds will be processed within 90 days from the date of confirmation. This is to ensure there are no overlaps. 3. Ticket Transfers (Recommended Option) Before requesting for refund, if you are unable to attend, your ticket is fully transferable to another participant. You may resell your ticket at full price, regardless of whether it was originally purchased under early bird or group pricing. We strongly encourage this option as it ensures continuity for both participants and event operations. 4. Emergencies & Alternative Options In the case of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, instead of requesting a refund, you may: Transfer or resell your ticket, or Attend a future training date, subject to availability. Responsibility & Fair Use By purchasing a ticket, participants acknowledge that event logistics involve advance commitments and coordination. We ask that participants make reasonable efforts to: Transfer or resell their ticket, or Attend an alternative session before requesting a refund. 7. Right to Refuse Future Transactions To maintain fairness and operational integrity, the trainer, associated training providers, brand partners, licensors, and vendors reserve the right to decline future transactions with participants who request refunds without attempting the available alternatives (transfer, resale, or future attendance).
